*Register by Sunday at midnight the weekend BEFORE the race to be guaranteed a shirt!

Sign up under the “VOLUNTEER” tab on the top menu. Course Monitor and Aid Station volunteers earn an event shirt and a FREE race entry to a future event to use for yourself or to gift to someone else! Volunteer for a half marathon and earn TWO free race entries for a future event!

Course Monitors help maintain a safe course by redirecting traffic away from participants and guiding participants in the right direction. Feel free to bring pom-poms, horns, music, instruments, signs, etc. to encourage and cheer on runners. Bonus for creative costumes!

Aid Station volunteers provide water to participants as they pass. Keep course clean for runners by picking up discarded cups, bottles, and trash and place it in the provided trash bins. Please feel free to bring pom poms, signs, horns, music, etc to cheer on participants. Bonus for great costumes!

Volunteers arrive at the event 1 hour before start time and check in at the registration tent.

• 7:30-8:45am Packet Pickup
• 8:50 Costume Contest
• 8:55 Kids Dash (Meet at the Start Line and we will walk participants out to the starting area)
• 9:00 National Anthem and Race Start!
• Results and Awards are live and available at the Registration tent immediatly following your finish!

Packet pickup is currently scheduled for race day ONLY and will open 1.5 hours before the event starts.
If a pre-race day packet pickup opens up we will email all participants!

*Kid’s Dash, 2 Mile, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age group awards.

Virtual Event participants are welcome to run any day, anytime, at the location of their choice!

Your registration includes a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and shipping for your packet. Your packet will be mailed to you and will ship out the Tuesday after the race. You can upload your times starting the day of the event on the results page. You can also upload any photos in the “participant upload” album on the photos page!

All Bodies Race Company events proceed rain, shine, snow, or cold.  For that reason, we have a strict no-refund policy.  If you are unable to participate in the event, you can still receive your packet, shirt, and medal, and you simply run the race on your own time on your own course. This time of year the weather is iffy, but we will only cancel if our venue requires cancellation, or if there are ice hazards on the roads or course. Due to the time required for permitting we are not typically able to reschedule. If cancellation is necessary we will transfer everyone to virtual!
