3D Gait Analysis

Whether you are looking to overcome injuries or take your running to the next level, a 3D Running Gait Analysis is what you have been looking for! You’ll spend 60-90 minutes with a leading running biomechanics specialist and running coach to assess your motor skills and strength (orthopedic evaluation), perform a 3D Video Gait Analysis, review the reports, and discuss how to improve your gait with the coach. This includes an 8-week mental and physical strength training plan with easy-to-follow videos after the assessment. You will be able to access your 3D video, report, and exercises 24/7 through the RunDNA app with communication to-and-from your coach.
