The Des Moines Dirty Duathlon is Central Iowa Trails Association’s annual mountain biking/trail running race held at Center Trails at Greenwood Park in Des Moines, Iowa.

100% of the proceeds go towards maintaining and building local singletrack trails in the Des Moines Metro.

Trail Run, Mountain Bike or do both:

Dirty Du Sprint (Solo or Relay) 1 lap of 2.25 miles trail run, then 2 laps of about 6 miles mountain bike.

Dirty Du Full (Solo or Relay) 1 lap of 2.25 miles trail run, then 3 laps of about 10 miles mountain bike, then another 1 lap of 2.25 miles trail run
