Aspyre and Breda Depot are co-hosting a fun duahlon.

Cost: $20 (Check, Cash, Venmo options)
Ages: 9+, Individual and Team Options (1 individual bikes/1 runs)

This is perfect for beginners! Flat and beautiful trail!
Standard bike and helmets required

Register 30 minutes prior to race or link in page.

All participants will be placed in drawing for raffle prizes!

START: Bike North
Bike to Carnavon and back (~13 miles)
Please follow cycling etiquette

Depot: Main station with water provided

Part 2: Run South
Path- Run ~2.5 miles out and back

Kids Fun Run: (9 and under) Followed by Ride and Run
½ mile fun run south on trail
Parents may join for encouragement

No timing: Self time if you desire. Cyclists will begin in timed increments. Please follow cycling etiquette. Ride on the right side of the path and communicate prior to passing.
