Spend a Saturday morning in the beautiful small town of Lisbon, Iowa, running a USTF-Certified flat 5K course. 

While other races might give you a ribbon or medal you don’t know what to do with, we will hand every finisher a piece of freshly-baked church-lady apple pie. 

Plus, the top three female and male finishers in each age group receive their choice of a home-baked pie to take home.
