The Nike ZoomX Dragonfly XC is a premium cross country spike for grass, mud and uneven ground. It's for the runner who wants a race-day spike for the XC season.

The ride. A Pebax plate gives a firm, responsive platform underfoot, with ZoomX foam for cushioning. Grip comes from the plate and pins together, for traction on soft and rough ground.

The build. Six pins set into the plate. The upper is partial VaporWeave with an engineered mesh toe box. This is a cross country spike, not a track spike, so choose it for grass and trail courses rather than the oval.

The fit. Spikes fit snugly by design, and sizing works differently from your trainers. Come in to any of our seven Iowa stores for a free fitting, and we'll make sure you have the right size for your course.
