The Brooks Ghost Trail is a neutral trail shoe with a balanced level of cushioning, built for easy trail running and mixed surfaces. The midsole is DNA Loft v3, with an 8 mm heel-to-toe drop. It is a neutral shoe, so it does not add extra guidance to the stride.
We stock it in men's widths D standard and 2E wide, in sizes 7 to 15. Every pair comes with a free fitting in any of our seven Iowa stores (Ames, Ankeny, Clive, Coralville, Des Moines, Marion and North Liberty), where we will measure both feet and check the width before you buy.
