7:45 AM – Pre-race Zumba Party
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM: Packet Pick-up & Race Registration (Wednesday, November 23rd)
6:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Packet Pick-up & Race Registration (Thursday, November 24th)
8:00 AM – Kids Race (ages 2-10)
8:30 AM – Iowa American Water 1 Mile Family Fun Run
9:00 AM – Rhythm City Casino Resort 5K Run/Walk
9:00 AM – UnityPoint Health – Trinity 5-Mile Run/Walk

Race Packets may be picked up on:

Wednesday, November 23rd
from 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Thursday, November 24th

There will be Zumba dance, food, and drinks.

1 Mile Family Fun Run:
Award for fastest girl & boy.
Ribbons to all child participants.

5K Run/Walk:
Award for overall male and female winner.

5-Mile Run/Walk:
Award for overall male and female winner.

Overall winners:
Are not eligible for age-group awards.

Age Group Awards:
For the first (3) places in male & female age groups in the 5K & 5 mile.

**Any Awards not picked up on-site will be available at Bettendorf YMCA.*
***Anyone living more than 25 miles away will have awards shipped to their home address.*.
