Tuesday Morning join us Lightbrite coffee at 6:30 am. This fun group run offers a FREE cup of coffee
Wednesday Night at 6:00 join us in the heart of Des Moines for a group run. This group run we meet at the track of Hoover High School for a track workout. This group run is only during the summer
Thursday Night at 7:00 join us for a group run just east of Des Moines. We partner with ARC for a stroll at Brightside Aleworks.
Saturday Morning we partner with Capital Striders for a group run at 7:30am in the heart of Des Moines. We start together at Mars Cafe. Make sure to check our Facebook Page due to this group run sometimes changing location.
