The Cedar Valley SportsPlex is excited to announce that a Pump and Run is being brought to the Cedar Valley! In addition to the Pump and Run we will be putting on one of the largest health expos in Iowa. These events are designed to highlight all of the healthy resources that are available to the public, local businesses, and downtown Waterloo.
HOW DOES THE PUMP-N-RUN WORK?
Bench press and bicep curl a percentage of your body weight at the health expo to earn a reduction in your 5K time! You’ll receive 10 seconds off your 5k time for every repetition that you complete! Don’t want to Pump? You can still participate without a reduction in time!
