“Both feet in 5k” is a vision coming into fruition from the Founder of Iowa House Inc. Iowa House inc an Iowa 501(c)3 is a nonprofit program for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health. Iowa House inc is inspired by wholesome values that come from living in the Midwest. Even if someone has been through the worst circumstances, we believe that the core values are still within that person. Things like coming home, Sunday dinners, and family first. We whole-heartedly believe that whole life health can be fully achieved by treating the person, and not just their symptoms. This 5K represents that being “both feet in” throughout life can result in powerful changes and recovery!
