- Starts and ends at Manning Regional Healthcare Center, Manning, IA
- $35 – Adult Registration includes T-shirt & water bottle
- $15 – Youth Registration includes T-shirt & water bottle
- Awards presented for Men, Women, Kids <12, & Kids 13-18 (1st, 2nd, 3rd places)
