Mary Lacy a 2008 graduate from Dowling High School won the Chicago Marathon age group division women 16-19yrs in a Net time of 3:25.17. Mary was the 424th women overall out of over 12,000 women runners. Mary was a member of the 2008 Dowling state cross country championship team and also a member of the Dowling NXN national qualifying team that competed in the National Championships in Portland Oregon.
